Loaded with the goodness of spices, herbs, grains, pulses and the intricacies of Indian cooking techniques….The Thali is an everyday balanced meal which is a good source of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fibre. The typical thali is a round plate with small katoris ( bowls ) filled with curries, fried vegetables, sweets and yoghurt preparations and is served with rice, rotis, papads, salads and pickles.
